Went to go order. And sat at the register for 15 minutes. When asked why I havent been helped the cashier apologized and then stated I'm gonna get in trouble if I dont prioritize drive thru. Ummmm aint I a customer too
Im a little annoyed by so many items being unavailable, but i did speak with the GM and she explained the issue and took full responsibilty. I didnt get her name but im very impressed by her willingness to admit to her mistake to a customer. Everyone is a beginner at anything they do the first time and we all make mistakes. I didnt get exactly what I wanted at Taco Bell tonight but I didnt go away upset. I wish the new GM well in her journey.
