I’ve been a season pass subscriber for as long as they’ve had it, minus here and there. I’ve absolutely hated the measures Sony has taken to remove the personal aspect of the cinema experience while putting more pressure on the employees. I miss the old days. But I wanted to commend my server for their performance tonight. Not only was she extra chipper on an evening where I’m sure they weren’t making much money, but she reminded me of how the Alamo experience used to be. I’m sure the new format of the business puts all kinds of stress on the employees (I’ve been in similar situations), so to still see joy for the job, that’s applaudable. Especially in an era where so many people are cynical. Bravo!“
