I got to sample a little bit of everything and without a doubt his was some of the best food I have EVER eaten in my life, anywhere I've ever lived. He makes all his sauces, seasonings, jalapeños, and pickles himself and even smokes the cheeses himself as well! His food is truly a unique and exquisite flavor. Treat yourself! You won't be disappointed!“

“We dropped in for lunch Saturday 1/27/2024 our waitress was Hannah. We were greeted with a smile. Hannah took our drink order and returned quickly with our drinks. We placed our order and Hannah repeated it back making suggestions along the way. Hannah returned shortly with pipping hot rolls and cinnamon butter. Hannah checked back on us several times while food was being prepared. The food came and was prepared perfectly. I ordered the large Prime Rib (rare). The Prime Rib was prepared perfectly. The wife had Chicken Fried Sirloin which came out perfectly. The was brought out by a different server and in a moment Hannah came back to check on us. We had so much food we could not come close to eating it all. Hannah provided us with to go containers and small containers for the sides. Hannah by far was the best waitress that has ever served us. We will definitely be back and request Hannah for our waitress.“

“Finally got to try this place today and I am impressed. They were out of brisket (about 12:30pm) as well as a few other things I wanted to try but I ended up with turkey, chopped beef and a couple of ribs along with the potato salad and Caesar slaw. I’m a potato salad snob and they surpassed my standards! It was perfect. The Caesar slaw was delicious as well. I don’t think I’ve ever had anything quite like it. The meat was very good and tender and the sauce was a tangy mustard-y Carolina style that I loved. It was about $30 for meat, two sides and a 20 oz Dr. Pepper but I have enough leftovers for two more meals so I am a happy girl. Definitely recommend!“

“This is a great Mom and Pop shop with great food. Ordered the chopped beef sandwich with fries, and it was delicious. The sandwich didn't have too much sauce, which allowed you to enjoy it without wearing it. Highly recommended, you won't be disappointed.“
