Wow this place has awesome customer service.. I was having a bad day and they were so nice and helpful. It shows that they care about the job they are doing. Very clean food is very good... Thank-you
Placed an order at 3:20 to be picked up at 3:45. Walked in at 3:43 and of course they haven’t even started my order :) so I sit there for 12 minutes, and the girl had to REMIND the cook to put my chicken in the fryer. I didn’t end up walking out of there till 4:06. Mind you they printed the receipt at 3:31, so they had plenty of time to get my food ready in a timely manner. Customer service is sh*t, foods good. Church’s chicken is fresh and great, but the wait can be long, especially during lunch or dinner time. People wait 30 mins for even a 2/3 piece combo, and the order can take a while at the drive‑thru window. The cooks try to be fast and hustle once the chicken comes out. The chicken is nice, salty and hot, and fresh hot foot is being sold during the day around lunch time. Parking is limited and the location is busy after school, so people go in and out and hear the intercom hard. Workers handled misheard order 10pc instead of 2pc quickly and promptly. Be patient, kind and bring a book while you wait.
