The worst customer service I ever had in my life. I will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN
The service at this place is absolutely terrible. But because broke people love chicken. And South Port arthur doesn’t have a chicken place and I live close by, I chose to come here and others will too. 🤷🏻♀ Me personally, I will definitely drive other places. The customer service here is absolutely terrible. If you’re the type to go by reviews don’t skip on this one.

Church’s chicken is fresh and great, but the wait can be long, especially during lunch or dinner time. People wait 30 mins for even a 2/3 piece combo, and the order can take a while at the drive‑thru window. The cooks try to be fast and hustle once the chicken comes out. The chicken is nice, salty and hot, and fresh hot foot is being sold during the day around lunch time. Parking is limited and the location is busy after school, so people go in and out and hear the intercom hard. Workers handled misheard order 10pc instead of 2pc quickly and promptly. Be patient, kind and bring a book while you wait.
