People always take the time out to complain but never take the time when they have excellent service. So I have been to Mods quite a few time since it’s been open and I have not had all the best experience every time I went. You have some workers that are doing there job and some who just there to get a check. I ordered the "Caspian" pizza ...BBQ, chicken, onion and I added pineapple. The chicken was tender and juicy, perfect with the cheesy sweet hot goodness of the other ingredients. The Asst. Manager (Captain) Chris was attentive, warm yet professional! Restaurant impeccably clean and oh yeah the music rocks!
I am writing this review on behalf of my mom who lives in Port Arthur. I live in Houston and we are very familiar with Mod Pizza. She could not wait for Mod to open. She gives the pizza 5 stars. She did a “build your own.” You can get as much toppings as you want without any extra charge.
