“From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a warm and welcoming staff. I placed my order and received excellent service throughout. While I was dining, I witnessed a very difficult customer being extremely rude and unreasonable, yet the staff remained calm, respectful, and went above and beyond to try and make things right for her—even though she was clearly not willing to be satisfied.

I was genuinely impressed by the professionalism and patience this team displayed under pressure. It made me appreciate my experience even more. The food was delicious, the service was top-notch, and I highly recommend visiting this location. Kudos to the entire crew!“

“McAlister’s never disappoints. The spuds are delicious. I love their broccoli cheddar soup! And the sweet tea is always on point. They have many healthy options on the menu which is not the norm for a “fast food” joint. Though I don’t think I would put it in the same category as fast food, their service is on par with a Chik-Fil-A. I had the pick two, or choose two I don’t remember their wording. Broccoli Cheddar soup and half a Spud Max. It was delish!“

“Feel bad for the 1 guy they have working here. He handled it like a champ, was quick with the food and checkout. Feel like a second person would be better since it’s lunch time and people have to be in and out faster. Good job to the one worker here tho!“
