“This store is staffed primarily by several young adults/teenagers with brightly colored hair and the friendliest attitudes of any Subway I’ve ever been to—and that’s a lot!These “kids” are polite, hardworking, and attentive. They get the orders right every time and they do it on time. I use the app to order ahead and the bring our sandwiches out to my SUV. They smile, make eye contact, and thank me for coming. So good!Once last week, I missed the window for curb delivery by a few minutes and got out to go in the store. They recognized me and my service dog from our regular visits and let me know that I could call them directly and they’d be happy to run my sandwiches out to my car. I truly appreciate that. I didn’t even ask—they offered.While I was inside I could see that the store and their food prep area were perfectly clean and well stocked. (I worked at a Subway in college, so I notice everything all the time. ??‍♀️)I can’t say enough about how nice they are. They’ve complemented my hair, my dog, and occasionally one of my band or Star Wars t-shirts. They make just enough conversation to be friendly without keeping me too long or avoiding their work.And they never ask for tips even though they definitely deserve them. I usually tip, but if I forget a time or 2 they didn’t change their level of service a bit.Today, they were out of the bread for our order (first time they’ve been out of stock on anything) and they called ahead to ask what bread we would like to substitute and told us all about the breads.This experience, as well as all of my many other experiences at this location have been top notch. Thanks to the entire crew! Excellent job! ❤️

Parking: There are plenty of parking spots in their free lot. There’s one space for curbside pickup, and well as handicapped parking directly in front of the entrance.

Wheelchair accessibility: The door is not automatic, but the staff will attentively hold it. They offer every assistance respectfully and without calling attention to it.“

“My visit was 13 Jan 25 roughly about 1400.
This the ONLY store in 150m radius that always makes subs to the customers liking.! I politely asked for a big handful of onions on my sub, and that's exactly what he did. Can't remember his name but he was wearing a diamond studded cross around his neck, and he was very courteous.

“The Thanksgiving sub at firehouse was good, medium sub 10.99 not a bad value but to pay 1.00 for cranberry sauce , I didn't like if I pay 10.99 for a sandwich why should I pay a dollar for cranberry sauce. But I would get it again. Service is good, fast.wait time five minutes.location is fine. We had to go to Wal-Mart anyway.“

“The past few months of working my overnight shifts ive been coming to this subway to get my lunches (if they see this review im the 8pm meatball and bacon sub guy 👋). The atmosphere is always welcoming and the sandwiches made how you like it to a T with no complaints. I try to tip Dillon and the lady who works at night with him anytime I can. They are probably the best subway workers I could have met and asked to make my food. Thanks guys for making my past few work lunches great. “If you are after a quick and easy sandwich then this is your place. There is plenty to choose from. The black Angus is a good choice. Chose a side dish…. I opted for the ‘Mac & cheese’ the menu is a good size. Store membership is also available to people to purchase. There is alot to choose from at this establishment.“

“This subway had the freshest ingredients I have seen at a Subway in SO LONG. Both the gals working behind the counter were extremely polite and efficient. It's unfortunate we were just passing through. Our Subways up where we live in DFW are nowhere near this nice, both ingredient wise and customer service. I would eat at them more often if they were. I'm sorry to say I didn't catch either of their names. But I know how hard it is to find good help these days, and it seems you hit the jackpot.“
