“Found this place while working down here once and now it has been a “must stop” every time since. From the breakfast croissants to the pastries and other treats, to the coffee and tea, all very nice quality and so good. It’s really hard to go wrong here as everything looks as good as it tastes.10/10 must stop in if you are in the area. This place will not disappoint.“

“Thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The fried bread for our sandwiches was very light and not greasy at all. The staff was very friendly, the store was immaculate. I cannot imagine anyone being unhappy with the quality of their sandwich and service. Menu was simple to read and the descriptions were accurate to what we ordered. We will be back and thank you again for great food and service.“

“Regular spot for a great homemade hamburger! There are many great things on the menu. I have tried a lot but I always go back to the cheeseburger.
Parking: There is some street parking, and a large parking lot within 150 ft of the restaurant.
Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible for people with disabilities.“

“My visit was 13 Jan 25 roughly about 1400.
This the ONLY store in 150m radius that always makes subs to the customers liking.! I politely asked for a big handful of onions on my sub, and that's exactly what he did. Can't remember his name but he was wearing a diamond studded cross around his neck, and he was very courteous.
Dietary restrictions: Yes“

“This is one of mine and my wife's favorite places to eat. The staff has always been friendly and we have never had a bad meal. My only regret is that there isn't one closer to where we live but it's always worth the drive to get one of their delicious sandwiches.“

“This specific location likely has the most kindly owner. Of course the food is typical subway standard. The atmosphere could be updated, but is still welcoming to all!
Vegetarian options: You have the option to make exactly what you wish to eat doing so you simply ask for no meat.
Wheelchair accessibility: 100% wheelchair accessible“

“Not all McAlisters are created equal. Yhis is a goto place for me. However the Port Arthur location is the only one I've ever been to that didn't taste good. I order the same salad . The lettuce was limp and the soup was luke warm and just tasted different, not in a good way.“

“It was the first time I tried a subway here in the United States and I loved it. I no longer remember which one I ordered, because there is a great variety, but it was spectacular and it is large enough even for two people who are not too hungry. Adequate prices and good quality.
Very delicious, I recommend them ?“

“As we came by the drive-through, we were very impressed by the courtesy of the two young employees working an evening shift. They were friendly and polite which is not something we'd been accustomed to lately. We commend the young man and young woman that were working tonight on their professionalism.“

“This store is staffed primarily by several young adults/teenagers with brightly colored hair and the friendliest attitudes of any Subway I’ve ever been to—and that’s a lot! These “kids” are polite, hardworking, and attentive. They get the orders right every time and they do it on time. I use the app to order ahead and the bring our sandwiches out to my SUV. They smile, make eye contact, and thank me for coming. So good!Once last week, I missed the window for curb delivery by a few minutes and got out to go in the store. They recognized me and my service dog from our regular visits and let me know that I could call them directly and they’d be happy to run my sandwiches out to my car. I truly appreciate that. I didn’t even ask—they offered. While I was inside I could see that the store and their food prep area were perfectly clean and well stocked. (I worked at a Subway in college, so I notice everything all the time. ??♀️)I can’t say enough about how nice they are. They’ve complemented my hair, my dog, and occasionally one of my band or Star Wars t-shirts. They make just enough conversation to be friendly without keeping me too long or avoiding their work. And they never ask for tips even though they definitely deserve them. I usually tip, but if I forget a time or 2 they didn’t change their level of service a bit.Today, they were out of the bread for our order (first time they’ve been out of stock on anything) and they called ahead to ask what bread we would like to substitute and told us all about the breads. This experience, as well as all of my many other experiences at this location have been top notch. Thanks to the entire crew! Excellent job! ❤️
Parking: There are plenty of parking spots in their free lot. There’s one space for curbside pickup, and well as handicapped parking directly in front of the entrance.
Wheelchair accessibility: The door is not automatic, but the staff will attentively hold it. They offer every assistance respectfully and without calling attention to it.“
