“Great Service! I sat at the bar last Saturday and had burger and some beers which was delicious but what really stood out to me was a bartender named Tenay. (not sure how to spell her name) She has a big smile, very friendly and you can tell loves to serve people. I will be back very soon!“

It'd been years since we've been and we weren't familiar with the menu and combos. All I wanted was a chili dog, a corn dog, tots and a drink. But there's no such combo, so I had to order the corn dog separately. The food was good, except for the tots. They'd obviously been refried because they had that previously cooked consistency and retained a lot of grease. Fresh tots would've gotten you 5 stars on the food. I don't know if anything can get 5 stars on service unless your employees are retrained to have a minute of patience. The decor was cute though.“

Louisa takes especially great care and makes us feel like we're at home with her welcoming attitude. “I happened upon Katherine Ann’s by complete accident, saw the sign out front, and decided I had to try it; I’m glad I did! I don’t know what they put in that blueberry lemonade, but it’s like crack! The black eyed peas and green beans brought me back home to East Texas, and the sausage in the spaghetti was just fantastic. Everyone was so sweet :) I recommend stopping by with an appetite! “The restaurant is beautiful, the food was amazing. We started with the brisket queso, I would highly recommend it. The steak was super juicy and had wonderful seasoning. Our server could have been more attentive we felt like we were searching for him and he definitely forgot about our drink at one point but the manager made up for that completely. She was so thoughtful! Our son was noticeably upset at one point and she brought us a free fruit cup! That cheered him right up. Overall a very enjoyable experience and we will be visiting again.

Kid-friendliness: We had multiple servers come up to tell our son hi, it was so sweet. Someone even gave us a graham cracker snack for him. Later on in the meal he got upset, then the manager brought us a free fruit cup to cheer him up! He was very happy.“

By the time I got off the highway and inside I was in full blown shakes ... sweet people got me juice right away, and held the glasthwhile I drank so I wouldn't drop or spill. Food was immediate!.
