The bread pudding was good, but I prefer raisins over chocolate chips. Can’t wait to go back and try Fsniella’s other recommendations.“

“Went for brunch yesterday with friends and the customer service was top notch!!! Genuinely kind staff who went above and beyond for us. My youngest has FA and they greeted us upon entry and let me know how to discuss the allergens with the staff. We got the counter to order and I kept it simple with just bacon and fruit for my ANA kid to make it easier on everyone but the staff member made sure to let the kitchen know about cross contamination. When we looked at desserts the staff was highly knowledgeable about what desserts had allergens and which had cross. Their knowledge of ingredients and honesty over a sale was phenomenal. On top of that, there was a young gentlemen (whose name I can’t remember) but he ensured our food was perfect and that we enjoyed our meal. Just kind people all around. It was such a nice and relaxing time out that we usually don’t get with FA. Thank you so much for this. Will be back.“

“Beyond the modern aesthetics of The Kitchen, I was blown away by the food and amazing service! Kurt especially made us feel very welcomed as it was our first time dining there. He showed us how to order and even checked in on us a few times. I ordered the ham and cheese omelette with a side of French toast! I’m already planning on going again tomorrow for breakfast again!“

“We went for breakfast and the food came in a timely fashion. It is self service, you order at the counter and they bring everything to you but you refill your own coffee and drinks. My kids had fun watching the planes take off. Very calm atmosphere and the people here are very friendly. Will definitely be back, maybe for lunch and try their menu then.“

Burger was cooked perfect and Mgr Jeannie brought me over a sampling of homemade chips with sauces. Their onion rings and fries are top notched. Everything done in house. They bring your food and clear the table. Recommend a visit. All the employees were really nice and friendly.“

Every time I have frequented them, I have been greeted with a nice, gentle ambiance with no loud or destructive TV, music, or unwanted political opinions. As I have no car and ride a bike, I appreciate neither chilly nor sweltering temperatures. Usually, there are couples having lunch, and children aren't boisterous or running around being annoying or destructive.“

“We just came to OMG Burger yesterday in between my son’s baseball games with half of his team and our experience was awesome! The food was absolutely delicious and the service was outstanding. They were very patient with all of us and our food came out very fast considering how many of us ordered. We will definitely return if we are back in the area!“

“I had an urgent situation before a board meeting, when I realized there was not enough food ordered. This quickly turned into an emergency and I needed two Signature Trays ordered and delivered as soon as possible. Mayra, the manager, completely saved the day!

She rushed my order, handled everything with professionalism and urgency, and made sure it was delivered right on time. Her customer service was absolutely outstanding, calm, kind, and incredibly efficient during a stressful moment.

I also want to give a huge thank you to the delivery driver (I unfortunately didn’t catch her name). She was amazing! She called and texted me to confirm delivery and kept me updated, which I truly appreciated. That level of communication and care made everything go so smoothly.

“My husband and I visited the Katy location on Valentine's Day. At first, I was a little taken back by what the hostess and the manager/owner were wearing. Because it was supposed to be a nice steakhouse, I assumed they would've been dressed nicer rather than shorts and what looked like a Hawaiian shirt. However, the food and the service were phenomenal. The pecan butter was amazing. I had the filet mignon and it was cooked to perfection.
