“Had an okay experience today that was well recovered by the chef and the FOH manager. I conveniently ordered using the QR code on the table. I went to check on my order by finding a server walking around who made me feel like I was inconveniencing her. The food eventually came out shortly after. Management came by to check and see if there’s anything they could do for me and also ask for my feedback to improve. That, I appreciated and it made my feel like a valued customer. Thank you 🫶.“

Both chicken options were cooked well, and the portions were satisfying. The only drawback was the service, which didn’t quite match the quality of the food. It felt a bit lacking in attentiveness and overall experience. That said, the meal itself made up for it, and I’d still come back for the food.“
