My personal favs; anything potato. Eggplant, pork ribs and stir fry tomato and egged (a lil diff from what I’m used to but good flavor!)
They can get busy sometimes but it’s really good. It’s an Asian grocery store and meal serve, don’t expect American style service ok?

“Houston, Seafood City has landed. After years of hoping that we would have one just like LA and Vegas, it's finally here. We love the variety of choices - groceries (yes, the ice cream), baked goods, meat, and of course, Seafood. Prices are better here as well. And they are fresh. We just wished that the location was more in central Houston, for convenience and accessibility for all. Better, too, if they had Jollibee and Chow King. Seafood City is still highly recommended for all, not just for Filipinos, if you don't mind the distance. Merry Christmas and a Healthy New Year to all.“

“This is my favorite pho spot! The beef pho always tastes fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. I also love that they keep the chili sauce on the table so you can customize your bowl just the way you like it.
The staff and owner are always so friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Since the new owner took over, the restaurant has been beautifully updated, and the atmosphere is even better. The vibe is always calm, relaxing, and inviting, and the new owner is incredibly hospitable.
And don’t leave without trying the Vietnamese iced coffee with sea salt—it is absolutely delicious! If you’re looking for amazing pho and outstanding service, this is the place to go.“

“This is authentic Thai cuisine from the south of Thailand If you are seeking real ThaiThai-this is the place in Houston The dishes photographed on the electronic menu” look” delicious and like you just stepped into a restaurant off Silom road in Bangkok As great as the food looks the taste and preparation were even better and the atmosphere is truly Thai …right down to the Karaoke corner at the back We had moo dad deaw, pineapple fried rice, Thai version of fried pork rinds, boat noodle soup , Khao Pad Rod Fai A couple of Thai teas Service was friendly prompt and professional Food came out as it was cooked ( just like in Thailand) hot and steaming Portions were more than fair and prices were lower than we expected The chef Khun Nutt dropped by to chat and check on us. “Very authentic place for Stafford/Sugar Land area. Spicy beef noodle soup was excellent and flavorful. Pan fried cabbage and pork dumplings were nice and crispy. Enjoyed the soup dumplings which were good texture skin and soupy. We liked the beef roll but would request sauce on the side next time. Chinese burger was good. Vegetable dumplings were ok. Sautéed green beans were cooked well but on the saltier side so would request light salt next time. And we had the fried buns for dessert which were delicious w condensed milk. Looking forward to trying more items in the future.“

“Okay but they charged $2.00 more for extra bell pepper in the Pepper Steak. The entree usually come out with a lot more onions than bell peppers
I told them the name is Pepper Steak not Onion Steak. What was added was not even worth a dollar. Over priced!!!“

CJ9 Salmon Teriyaki bento box $13.95 - comes w/ rice, 4 pieces California roll, miso soup, and a salad. The salmon was much bigger than expected; we were able to share it. Actually, the whole bento box in general was much bigger than I've had at other restaurants. The salmon was cooked just right. Crispy on the outside, moist on the inside. Great flavor, too, and fresh.
2 rolls for $14.95 (comes w/ miso soup and salad)- we got the salmon avocado roll and rock & roll. Both were delicious. The salmon avocado roll you could see how big the pieces of salmon and avocado were inside. The rice was thin and cooked well (not dry or hard at all). The rolls were very fresh.
We were both stuffed by the end of our meal. We will definitely return. Plenty of parking. Pretty quiet on a Wednesday around 11-12p.“

“Stopped by Sakura Asian Bistro and loved it. The food was delicious, and the sushi was especially impressive. super fresh, flavorful, and well made. On top of that, the prices were very affordable for the quality. Definitely a spot worth coming back to.“

“Apparently they changed ownership and remodeled 2 months ago. Now they offer hunan cuisine and some malaysian. Cant agree with people complaining here about taste. Very different quality from old banana leaf. Their hunan dishes are very tasty. Authentic hunan style fish preparation. Good stir fry dishes“
