“i really like this place. great food, lunch deals, and friendly service. easy parking. not too loud. ive been coming here more than 20+ times and most of the time it's been pleasant.during lunch hours, there are a lot of servers and even tho it's busy, i can easily flag down one of them and they are all attentive. so i have no issues and the experience always had been positive. they check on me and make sure everything is good and all that.sadly im evening time, it's not the same. i've came a few times for dinner and the male host is kinda rude. and with them being short staffed, the service is slow. and they get my order wrong at times. it's quite frustrating.i come alone all the time and i might be younger than all the crowd they have, i feel like the respect should be there. at the end of the day im also a paying customer here so they should treat me the same way they do with older people here.food ive gotten here so far:- general tso- wonton soup- egg roll- shrimp spring roll- sweet potato tempura- sorbet- california roll- caterpillar roll- salmon sashimi- yellowtail sashimi- tunaall of them are very delicious!“
“The most important and consistent Pho and Banh Mi place in Houston. The food is always fresh and delicious, not overpriced and fast polite service. It’s soup and sandwiches at the end of the day that is everywhere, but since everyone is looking for authentic places this place stands “
“I really like this place. They had a change in the menu, but the food feels like it's prepared with better ingredients, an extra level of flavor. The service has changed a lot, the waiters enjoy serving you. It used to be very different, but on my visit, they really impressed me. Plus, they give you the check with a cotton candy panda! The place has improved a lot“
“Food is fantastic !! I recommend their sushi, especially the Shaggy Dog and My Phone 8, and wings, though those are a bit pricier. You order on the kiosk and the workers announce your order number when it is ready. I like the restaurant design and the subtle K-Pop music in the background !!“
“We had ordered Pad see Ew, pad woon sen and the fried tilapia. I thought the food was pretty good although the Pad see ew and pad woon sen tasted very similar with a slight difference in the ingredients in it. The tilapia was not what I had expected so that was so so. Service was great and they had come check on us often. But one thing to watch out for is when you get the signature sign, to make sure that the tip is not prefilled. They said that the machine accidentally did so at times. ?♀️“
“Delicious meal options! The tempura is perfect, the watermelon boba slushie is top notch, and the ramen broth is slurp worthy!Parking: We were able to park right in front of the door.Kid-friendliness: Comfortable environment for kids to enjoy too.“
“Delicious pretty authentic dishes for a very reasonable price. The lunch specials were such a deal, coming with your choice of soup, rice, egg roll or spring rolls, and a very hefty entree! We had the eggplant and garlic sauce and the green beans, which were both pretty authentic (I lived in China for a few months and definitely reminded me of the food there.)“
“KING WOK DONT CHANGE DONT CHANGE. MANY TIMES PEOPLE GO TO A PLACE THEN WHEN THEY RETURN THE PRICES ARE OUTRAGES. I ORDERED CHICKEN FRIED RICE SHRIMP FRIED RICE AND HOUSE LO MEIN. ALL WAS EXCELLENT MY FIRST TIME RATING HERE. I USE TO EAT AT TIMMY CHANS RIGHT IN FEONT OF GOU BUT NO MORE. THEY CHARGE $3 MORE FOR THE SAME FRIED RICE“
“Overall this place is good. I went during lunch hours (12-2) and it wasn’t packed at all. The tables were clean, the waitress was very welcoming and even had a great sense of humor. The music selection was very dated and appropriate for the hour.We were seated immediately and our drink orders taken promptly. I would have gave it five starts but the cups we received were not that clean.Other than that the food was good. I had the Watermelon margarita and the Mongolian beef with steamed rice which was fresh and had plenty of flavor. My daughter had the Cajun sushi roll and the Spicy Salmon which she enjoyed. Overall, I will definitely come back.Prices were reasonable for the amount of food we got.“
“Looks cam be deceiving. This place may not look the best, but the food was so good and fresh. Definitely cooked to order. I had the catfish plate with rice. Both were absolutely delicious, but the fried rice blew me away. I hadn't been to this place before, but I will be returning. I hope it's consistent.“
“Went for lunch to try out their lunch special as I've been wanting sushi and sesame balls for a reasonable price. The food was amazing and came out at a reasonable time. Sesama balls are excellent and so is the strawberry mochi. The crispy spicy tuna roll was a favorite among my group. Service was also great, our waitress was very friendly.“
“Looks like a hole in the wall, cause it is! Delicious, fair prices, and great folks. Don’t let the appearance scare you away. Try it for yourself. Plenty of parking, and they even have an old school drive through. They don’t give you as much food as they used to, but the restaurant business is tough these days. Still worth it for sure. Seating area is tight, but I usually take it to go.“
“Hot inside so we don’t usually eat in. we LOVE THIS PLACE, however they really don’t like to give you ingredients! It’s 17.00 for a bowl but they literally are so sticky about adding a decent amount of avocado you don’t even get a teaspoon or even lettuce! One of the girls was literally just putting one piece of lettuce in at a time and I’m like can I please have a decent amount of lettuce?! They will charge you extra for avocado Masego or kimchi! ? I wish they’d be better to the customers!“
“I am visiting my friend and took a stroll around the campus and ordered a garlic chicken lunch box. It is a bit salty but tastes good. I don't mind it. It is a takeout place and the food is a bit greasy. The chicken is very tender and well done. It doesn't have tables inside. But there are two benches outside. I would rate it between 4 and 5. An opinion from an Chinese American living in Bay Area in California.“
“Love this place. My go to order is chicken and chive dumplings. When my family comes into town they ask to come to dumpling king for dinner. They order from the mapo tofu, shrimp fired rice and the garlic chicken. The service lol! I get a laugh every time i come here.“
“After work hour hangout spot trying for first time. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, delicious food items, plenty of televisions to watch the game, and karaoke. Great times and have wonderful memories with them people I was with. Definitely will be back !!!“
“Mai is the best!!! I love coming to this place with my nephew it’s our new sushi spot. They always take care of us well and provide fresh sushi. The Mochi green tea ice cream is awesome and I always get the Philadelphia rolls. Most important the sushi is fresh along with the salmon sashimi. The hot Saki is good too.My nephew said it’s bustin bustin.Translation…really good lol“
“They have the best samosas! I ordered the vegetable samosas and it came with 3 and 2 dipping sauces which both were so good! I also ordered the chicken vindaloo (spicy) and the heat is tolerable. The spices in it are so warming to the soul. And the Nan bread was very soft and buttery. I highly recommend this place!“
“What I have to say is WOW!A very beautiful restaurant , that's a large open space, comfortable seating in the booth they're big enough for a large family or a couple that wants to feel cozy. Level of service is awesome you definitely want to go there and plan to share plates. I know I will be back very soon and I am looking forward to it. Thank you.Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetables all throughout the menu. I'm not vegetarian myself but I am waiting to go back so I can try the general TSO'S bean curdParking: The larger parking in the behind the building. It is pretty well lit.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes“
“After a horrible experience with highway robbery at another restaurant right around the corner (Taste of Robbery wink wink), I took the kids to my go to spot for Chinese food here. Sinh Sinh never fails to deliver in taste, quality and service. I've gone here numerous times but just never had the chance to review them. They are a fusion of Vietnamese and Chinese and had some other things on the menu but practically everything we ordered is good and fairly priced. I would highly recommend anyone looking for Chinese food and likes good quality family style meals to check them out.“
“The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They have lots of shoes and never rush customers. They work to please. And SAS makes great, comfortable and long lasting shoes. The parking lot is a little scary with persons with multiple backpacks and or bags milling around rather aimlessly. I would not go after dark.“
“We got there and we had to wait about 5 minutes for someone to come to us and welcome us... we sat and waved at everyone in the back and then the guy came... one of the buffet plates was done and he was very nice to bring out some more..the food is great. I gave 4 stars because i feel I didnt get the welcoming service i was expecting. Is nice to see someone welcome you right when you come through the door and this just wasnt it.“
“The lunch buffet is really delicious and authentic. The owner, the manager and the entire Team personally check with each Table and make certain you have a great experience. We especially loved the weekend buffet, just wished we'd skipped breakfast so we could have done more justice to our stomach for the awesome spread they had. We are definitely going back, and would recommend this to any vegetarian Indian food lover.“
“Best place ever I go here every Saturday with my dad and there is always good service here and the biscuit are amazing and there beef and broccoli is so good and I don't even like broccoli please come to this place and try it for yourself“
