“Saw an advertisement of the new opening of this establishment and thought I'd check them out. Upon arrival I was welcomed with a friendly greeting. My husband and son love crawfish when in season, so I got a couple of pounds of crawfish to try with added corn and potatoes. I truly appreciate the price for the crawfish and adding the corn and potatoes weren't ridiculously priced like some places - I feel a lot of restaurants are getting overpriced. But one of the owners assured me that the cook has some flavorful crawfish, and it was! The crawfish had the right amount of spice and seasoning. Aside from the food, I was told that they have live music on the weekends and it's BYOB also! However, they do offer soda and water to purchase as well. Overall, looking forward to coming back and trying some other options.“

“The place is always clean and oddly never busy inside, perhaps a lunch crowd. Every pizza from here is delish, loaded with wonderful ingredients, friendly staff etc. Need to try other menu items. The seating area is really nice! A corner location spot that's an easy in/out.“

“Kelly was very informative and recommended...We Had the sampler...Awesome choice.Brisket, moist, tender, no sauce needed...EXCELLENTTurkey juicy, lots of flavor, not dry at all like I expected.Sausage...not exceptional HOWEVER the house bbq sauce really brought to life!Pork rib, was tender and very meaty. BBQ sauce really enhanced the flavor.Redbeans had a nice kick,Coleslaw was subtle and adequate, conplimented the meal well.Dirty rice....WELL what can I say...not my favorite.Only thing missing was country music and beer!!! “Will be coming back to this food truck! The food was amazing and so flavorful! My husband and I both had the yakisoba and we loved it! We also got a taro milk tea and it was delicious as well! The food came out in about 15 mins and it was hot and fresh! I am so glad it is close to home because we will be coming back soon!“

The chef and owner is from New Orleans and he did an amazing job of taking us back to Louisiana which is where we are from. “My wife and I checked out “Sonya’s Edible Empire” today for the first time. Sonya ans her crew did amazing job of taking us back to Louisiana with the zydeco music and tasty seafood to go along with it which is where we are from. We had the seafood dish with crab legs and shrimp and I highly recommend you check out this place . “The cashier was very nice, friendly, and attentive to my order. She suggested but also listened to what I wanted and just so kind. I didn't feel rushed or out of place when ordering like at other food places. They were remodeling or had maintenance people in the building, but that didn't stop them from having a fast and accurate service.Parking: It's a shared parking lot with a continent store.“
