Flame Broiler is a popular rice bowl restaurant known for its bold and well-balanced flavors. Customers praise the dishes for being delicious, filling, and healthy, making it a great option for both lunch and dinner. The restaurant offers generous portion sizes, especially for the price, ensuring customers leave satisfied and full. The plates, such as the chicken bowl, are praised for their perfectly grilled, tender meat with just the right amount of char, served over fluffy rice with fresh vegetables. The sauces, including teriyaki glaze, stand out and enhance the flavors without overpowering the ingredients. Many reviewers appreciate the freshness of the food, noting that the quality is evident. The atmosphere is casual, clean, and welcoming, ideal for a quick meal or relaxed dining. Customer service is generally friendly and efficient, though some mention that the food can sometimes be overcooked or not as authentic, with occasional comments about saltiness or dryness. Overall, Flame Broiler is highly recommended for those seeking a healthier fast-casual Asian dining option that offers good value, satisfying portions, and flavorful dishes.
