“Always loved there Hambugers reminds me of my first hambuger as a girl it was called Burger in Shake on West Seventh street Fort Worth they just need to make old fashion Malts and it would be superb. “We were passing by on the hwy at dinnertime, saw Sonia's ahead on the map, and stopped in on a hunch. As they say, follow your intuition - our asada tacos turned out to be fabulous, and so were the rice and frijoles. As an unexpected bonus, the taco plate came with a big jalapeño pepper, roasted to perfection. For all this, the wait was less than 10 min. We will definitely be back for a return visit next time we're on that route.”

“I've been to Chester's chicken all over this country for 24years. This one was the best. Omg the cleanliness and presentation was very appreciated. I thought the person on morning shift had o.c.d. all the chicken was separated n spaced out. Potatoes were stacked n lined up. And the way the young lady was cleaning the fryers I knew I would get my monies worth. Thank you it was delicious ??”

“The BBQ at LOCAL CRAFT in Newark TX takes BBQ to the next Level! Do not pass up this Gem in North Central Texas. These folks know what they are doing. They even serve Pork Belly smoked to perfection and cut like brisket. The beef brisket is the best I have tasted in years, moist and delicious with smoke permeated all through the meat. They use hard Texas Oak unlike alot of other BBQ joints that use lighter woods. The Baked Potato Salad is to die for!!! I cannot wait to eat through the rest of the Menu!”

“Except when temperatures are high. Went by this morning, about 10:45. Walked in to people waiting everywhere and told 10 - 15 minutes wait. Ok ..but looked around and counted 8 (EIGHT) empty, clean tables. Thought, ok, waiting for buffet to catch up, but no, only 1 person was in line there. They seated some, so we went to sit on bench area, and began to really sweat. When asked if AC wasn't working was told, "It's just the building, cause it's so hot outside". okay, we left. won't pay those prices, to be hot, no matter how good the food is. We'll go back maybe in the fall, winter, when "the building" is more bearable.”

It’s normally a little out of the way from where we live, but we both agreed that we’d make it a point to stop in (at least) once a month. Between us, we ordered chicken Alfredo pasta, 2 pizza slices, 1 calzone, and spaghetti with meat sauce. The portions were big and each dish was so delicious! Definitely excited to go back and bring friends.”

“First time to dine here! Absolutely delicious! Started with Crab Rangoon with warm sweet dipping sauce. Fresh and delicious!!! Tried something different, the Egg Plant w/ Thai Basil for $13.75. Chose pork for protein. This dish was great. The broth is fantastic! The pork was thinly sliced. Similar to veal. Very light sauce, it was NOT tiny pieces, coated and fried. So, the small bites of eggplant, the tender juicy pork slices and the sticky white rice was great! Plus it was NOT a huge portion of carbs! I’ll be back. Small place on 156, kind of by itself. They were very busy with delivery orders. Added bonus: CLEAN BATHROOMS!!!! Support this family business!”
