Chipotle Mexican Grill in Richardson

“This is the best-run Chipotle in north Texas. They are consistently great. We eat here all the time. I’m writing this review today, because through no fault of their own, they fixed my mistake. We accidentally ordered the wrong item, so we were missing a meal. They swapped it out no questions asked, even told us to keep the misfit burrito. They made it right when it wasn’t their fault. Awesome employees that are always helpful and seemingly happy. Thanks guys.“

“Had a very good experience! Employees are very kind and very generous. One thing worth noting is I saw one employee making what I assume was online orders, pause as soon as they were caught up, and quickly started helping the in person orders. It was nice to see the care of helping each other out!“
