I had the ancient grain bowl Sunday and it’s a new favorite. The squash pie is sooo delicious! I never feel guilty when I eat at True Food Kitchen because I can make healthy choices.“

Jeremy, one of the staff members, went above and beyond to make sure my order was perfect. He was friendly, attentive, and had a great attitude, which made the visit even more enjoyable. “The food was excellent! I had a "Make Your Own Bowl" that was strictly vegetarian. The young man who served me was very informative and patient, taking into consideration that it was my first time there. I will definitely be coming back. I highly recommend it to anyone who is trying to be health conscious about their food choices.“

“Food was really good. I usually don't eat foods like this but pleasantly surprised. Offered salads on kids' plates and wouldn't sub for mac& cheese or potatoes, our 1 and 2 yo don't eat salads yet. They don't offer mainstream sodas, too bad. Ice dispenser didn't work well, they were helpful to get me ice but ice didn't work second go-round wo help. Tough parking for dinner. Nice staff. Clean.“

“This was my second time eating here. I’m eating my plant based foods so this is always a good option for that. I had a half pizza, though I can’t recall which one. The service was friendly and fast.
The place was nearly empty on a Thursday night. Not necessarily a bad thing but it left the place a little quiet and not quite as inviting as I recall form the previous visit.
The food was good. And I would definitely go back.“
