“Please give it a chance and ignore any bad reviews from people being upset about stuff they could of easily figured out them selves. My FAVORITE ramen spot. No other place compares and I’ve been to a lot of them. Me and my wife literally drive from Fort Worth to eat here atleast twice a month but I make sure to stop here any time I have to be in the area. I will say I never leave a tip, it isn’t a tip type of service in my opinion but it’s still great. You serve your own water and get your plates when your # is called (pretty simple). Spice RESPONSIBLY lol, I ate here maybe 10 times before I even tried spicing it and finally worked my self up to Demon today.. ( don’t try it unless you want to suffer, the spice before this was pretty bad as well ) but I finished it all.“

From the top tier service/hospitality shown as soon as you walk through the door to the delicious, creative cocktails, and finally to the AMAZING cuisine. You won’t find higher quality anywhere else. “My wife and I came here around 12:30a today and the experience sucked compared to 5 star experience we had last time. I had to track down someone to take my order. Eventually, our waitress came to us and we placed orders for a frozen sangria, ranchero pizza, and nachos. We moved from inside to the outdoor seating because it was a bit chilly inside. The food came quickly. The ranchero pizza was good if give it a 4/5. It had a good robust flavor. The nachos was just okay, the queso was cold and the steak toppings lacked flavor. The frozen sangria was just okay as well, because it had an unpleasant aftertaste. However, the night went downhill for us, and everyone who was eating outside when the roaches came, literally. At one table the roach flew over a woman's head. A roach crawled on the ground near us. We couldn't finish eating after that and went inside to find the waitress who was talking to customers and vaping. I have to mention that a few people outside were smoking. In Plano this is against the city ordinance. Our waitress seemed oblivious that everyone that was outside can't inside and seemingly everyone left after that. I brought you that roaches were swarming and going over people's and cratering by our feet and she attributed it to the weather. I've eaten outside before and never had to deal with roaches. I paid and left. The busser was very attentive and helpful however shout out to him. I would have included pictures of the roaches but I was busy dodging them.“

“First, despite being a long term user of OpenTable I can not make a reservation. I successfully reserved a table for 2, but not the 5 I needed for my daughter's 16th birthday. Woops. However, the hosting team quickly was still able to seat us moments later at our appointed time despite my error. First, bravo. Second, goes to Ben who was authentically interested in service without being pushy. My family never worried about drink glasses being empty and food was brought so timely it could have been a symphony the way it was conducted. Third, bravo goes to the kitchen who executed consistently well throughout the night and delivered with Ben's help a birthday surprise for my girl's Sweet Sixteen. The management at Bulla deserves a lot of credit for the excellence the team performs and I love it every time I go for a meal.“

“AC provides amazing guest service and hotel rooms. The lobby and bar is a great spot for co-working, networking or simply having a glass of wine. The hotel provides live music on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from local artists. The menu @ the bar is extensive and definitely something for everyone. “I ordered the Vegan Harvest Ramen and the impossible dumplings. Everything was really good, though, I’ve realized I’m just not a big fan of impossible meat. My mom (non veg) also ordered the vegan harvest and enjoyed it just as much as I did. Updated from previous review on 2024-11-16“

“Quartino Ristorante Grandscape is a must visit! The food is excellent here, nice cocktails, nice beer selection, and GREAT wine selection! Dinning and Brunch are fabulous, but the Happy Hours are spectacular, especially on Wednesday where their incredible wines (glass or bottle) and delicious pizzas are half off! Great service whether sitting in the dining room or at the very nice spacious bar, the service is unbeatable and if you get the pleasure of having Mikayla as your server, then you are in for a treat because she is top notch at her craft and you will enjoy your time there even more! You Go Mikayla!!“
