“This restaurant is closed and advertising a for lease sign. My mother was bringing my kids and Inhere for burgers she said the people were very kind to her and the crawfish was great. Unfortunately I never got to experience. Please update this page before someone takes the long drive from Houston to come here.“

Your place looks so cool and big and friendly..so I thought I would look it up and READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE VISITING.
Unfortunately I don't feel like being treated poorly when looking for a good time. When the reviews are positive and the stars are up, I'll be waiting!

“Well from a veteran server of nearly 15 years, I absolutely know and understand what it takes to be a dining messiah that is a natural with creating a real enjoyable experience through and through. Today was my first time experiencing your restaurant and bar “On the Kirb” in Katy, Texas and Jackson was mine and my family’s server and I will admit he was fantastic.
We (I) will be back to not only try more of your delicious menu items but will also request that Jackson be our server too.

“So stopped In for dinner and they place was busy with only about 3 servers! My Hat goes off to the Manager Heaven who was not only running food, but she took my uncles and my order was all over the place making it happen! The Brick House Tavern should be honored to have such a hard working woman as one of their managers! I was an SKM for Landry's Corpus Christi long ago so know the expectations of corporate! All the young ladies did very well for as busy as it was.I couldn't even eat cause I enjoy watching a Manager and her team turn tables and keep up with the patrons!! Great Job Heaven I was very impressed with your work ethic and its Managers like you who train their crew right and hold them to a great standard! By the way the Cuban was delicious and my uncle enjoyed his salmon and shrimp dish!! we will definitely be back and hope your working next time as well!!“

“The hubs and I have come here twice. First time we got the steak and burger and a sampler platter. One of the best steaks I've ever had! And he loved his burger. This time we got taquitos and fried okra. I had catfish fillets and baked potato. He had chicken tenders which were hand breaded. So good again. The cooks here take pride in the food. I can't remember our first server but we had Nicole this time and she was absolutely amazing. Friendly and efficient. Made us feel very welcome. Nice bar for great neighborhood eats.“

“Came here a few times. The vibes so far have been good, nice decor and friendly staff. There has always been music playing or a DJ when I've went. They have a small club attached that offer drinks as well. The shots are pricey, taxed AND small but they do offer a BYOB one day a week for $15, game day events and karaoke. Food was ok, I recommend trying the daily specials for better "bang for your buck" Overall worth a try“

“The food was great, however, service was slow despite it being slow. We went in around 7PM and it was so slow that the waitresses were laughing all together in a small group by the entrance. Despite seeing us, they lingered and it took them approximately 20 plus minutes to take our order. Once the food was out, they checked in us a total of maybe one time just to take our dishes out of the way and ask if we wanted dessert. Despite the service, everything was fine. I definitely went to go back in and try again.“
