“We sat at the bar and went about 1pm on a weekday so almost empty. The service was quick, the bartender was courteous and check out us several times. I ordered the blacked catfish, the veggies was tender but was seasonedless. The sauce was tart buttery taste with a hint of lemon, I liked it. The fish was blackened but wasn't seasoned without the sauce. The fried mushrooms was good, was crispy and fried well, it came with a buttermilk ranch, you could taste the buttermilk. My husband's club with sweet potatoes fries, the fries was cooked well, not soggy had a perfect crunch. He didn't complain and the club, tasted like a club no special sauce, just mayo and cheese. The barbie margaritas was strong, tasted the liquor. My husband had 2 beers. We paid 70$ for it all“

“The place has great food and atmosphere. The entertainment is a huge plus. Been such a long time since I got to play pinball on machines that have been kept up. The staff is friendly and there is plenty of parking as well as family friendly. Highly recommended. “Founf this place through a family member. The staff were very welcoming and genuinely provided friendly service. The food was amazingly flavored, especially the street tacos! Great sauce and taste, as well as a reasonable cost for the quality and quantity. I would definitely recommend this place!“

“My boyfriend and brother went and had an amazing time. Carletta made sure we were good and the band who was playing was awesome too. The atmosphere is kind of old school, but that’s not a bad thing. We played pool and watched couples dance, and their drink prices are really good!“

“Loved that they had the virgin option since I don't drink. Wish I tried their other flavors when I still did lol but this one was still super good. Made me feel like a kid. Enough parking outside depending on what time you want to go and seating and games inside if you want to drink it in the store.“

“December 15, 2021 Came in from Galveston to go to the Houston Botanical Garden a few blocks away and had time to kill so we stopped at the local bar in the barrio. And, I use that word because I know very little (por quito) Spanish and, this part of town is predominantly Hispanic and this bar reflects that culture in the sense of it's patrons, it's decor, murals that support their heritage and their city, Houston, etc, definitely an ole school dive. It sold pork skins and kettle chips with many (every kind) of hot sauce you could think of to top them. Yes! It has TV, music and 1 pool table They have steak night on Thursdays that the owner cooks out back They sell only beer and wine but you may be able to bring your own bottle because I saw set ups but, I dunno. Nice people. Laid back. Support local“

“If you haven't been there yet you need to check it out. GREAT atmosphere, very clean and upscale. Staff is very knowledgeable and can get you whatever you want. Not on the menu? Ask, they can probably get it.Game room full of slots, pool table, and the home of the Dallas Cowboys fan club. Go visit! You won't be disappointed!“
