“The customer service here is TOP NOTCH! We ordered through the drive through and forgot to check everything. We noticed an item was missing when we got home (which can happen at any restaurant, no big deal). We called back and instead of letting us come back to get it Mr. Riley INSISTED he bring it to us himself! Going out of his way to keep us happy shows just how dedicated 9er’s BBQ is to providing the best experience possible. The food is very delicious. Can’t recommend them enough.“

I tried the street tacos and they were so good. I am looking forward to trying more things off their menu, and I see this place lasting a long time in the neighborhood. “This restaurant is closed and advertising a for lease sign. My mother was bringing my kids and Inhere for burgers she said the people were very kind to her and the crawfish was great. Unfortunately I never got to experience. Please update this page before someone takes the long drive from Houston to come here.“

“Great food. However, the ketchup is often forgotten on delivery orders. Also, when asking for ketchup in the drive-thru, we have been given a single packet for a chicken strip basket meal with chicken tenders and fries. We have received many orders with no ketchup that said to include ketchup.“

“We come here almost every Thursday to get my grandson his happy meal and of course we order food. But here in the past couple of months, they have been messing up on our order. There is always something missing out of it! Soooo frustrating!“

“Quiet location with ample parking. The line moved quickly and the staff were decently friendly. I was pleased when I unexpectedly received a discount because they were having a sale. The hotdogs were served at a good hot temperature and ample toppings. Good sonic location.
Wheelchair accessibility: Pathway ramp is available for acces to the dining tables (outside).“

“I took my oldest cat to the vet, she’s not feeling well. On my way after dropping her off, I picked up my coffee at McDonald’s this morning. So impressed by the wonderful attitude and joy of both workers, the one who took my order and the other who delivered my order. They were genuinely pleasant, kind and thoughtful.“
