“The customer service here is TOP NOTCH! We ordered through the drive through and forgot to check everything. We noticed an item was missing when we got home (which can happen at any restaurant, no big deal). We called back and instead of letting us come back to get it Mr. Riley INSISTED he bring it to us himself! Going out of his way to keep us happy shows just how dedicated 9er’s BBQ is to providing the best experience possible. The food is very delicious. Can’t recommend them enough.“

“Great food. However, the ketchup is often forgotten on delivery orders. Also, when asking for ketchup in the drive-thru, we have been given a single packet for a chicken strip basket meal with chicken tenders and fries. We have received many orders with no ketchup that said to include ketchup.“

“I am so impressed by this McDonald's, the manager, Catellen (I hope I got her name right) was so attentive, I didn't even had to ask for a refill, she saw me and immediately ask if I needed a refill and preceded to get it for me, truly, I've never been at a McDonald's with such of good service, and they all had a smile, I will definitely drive the distance to come back here, thank you“
