I’m a delivery driver. I’ve watched CFA staff take care of curbside orders, drive thru orders, and inside orders with more fidelity than 3rd party. I’ve been waiting on an order for 40 minutes. They keep checking who the order is for but no change. Then your little employee comes to ask (for like the 100th time) who the order is for and when I express being upset she turns her back on me instead of trying to address the problem.
