I had a very disappointing experience at this Chipotle, and the level of service was unacceptable from start to finish. The server initially got my order wrong by adding beans after I specifically requested no beans. Rather than offering to remake the food, he simply scooped the beans out with his bare hand, which was both unprofessional and concerning from a food-handling standpoint.

We are the first customer today, and the waiters in the store are very good.
I work nearby and visit this Chipotle pretty frequently. Unfortunately, almost every time I come here, I notice a lack of organization and teamwork among the employees.
The service is often slow, and I’ve noticed employees standing around while others could use help. It seems like there’s a lack of communication and urgency, which affects the overall customer experience.
