“Happen to be in the area in Richmond and ran across this restaurant. I ordered the penne pasta with oxtail .. The best item I have ever eaten anywhere.The pasta was cooked to perfection. There was so much meat on the bones. Employee mentioned there was about a pound of meat. Gravy was in the mix along with carrots and onions bell peppers.Needless to say the order was enough for 2/3 people. Then I got a side of fried okra. Delicious and crispy.The only problem I see there is parking if it gets busy. Unless there is more in the back. When I am in the area again I will return“

“Listen…I’ve tried many Jamaican restaurants all over Houston in pursuit on some that taste as good as it do in Jamaica, New York, and Florida and I came up empty every time until I found this place in lil ol Rosenberg ?. It’s a gem. It is sooooooo goodt! Better than the known ones in Houston. Please trust me. The oxtail was so tender and juicy. They wasnt stingy at all. They’re not half fat and over priced like the other places.“

“The jerk baked potato was very good. The plantains were cooked perfectly. I didn't love the Mac and cheese, the texture was mushy. I also didn't love the rice and peas, it wasn't as flavorful as I prefer. But the meats were excellent.“
