Happen to be in the area in Richmond and ran across this restaurant. I ordered the penne pasta with oxtail .. The best item I have ever eaten anywhere.The pasta was cooked to perfection. There was so much meat on the bones. Employee mentioned there was about a pound of meat. Gravy was in the mix along with carrots and onions bell peppers.Needless to say the order was enough for 2/3 people. Then I got a side of fried okra. THE FLAVOR IS BOMB!! ?This was my first time eating at this restaurant. They were kind and friendly with quick service. Try the caribbean dream ? lemonade it is amazing!!the rasta pasta with oxtail will make your mouth water its tender and has a bit of spice . I will be coming back!

Went on a random Saturday. No one was there besides my 2 friends and another couple. Took a whole hour for our food to be ready. Everything tasted fresh so I'm guessing that's why it took longer. Food was nonetheless good.
