Panda Express in Richmond

“So had a couple months ago. I was going to leave a bad review. But I decided not to because I didn’t want that one bad experience to ruin my overall visitation there. Well, we end up ordering a party from them Friday for a party on Saturday. I stopped by Friday and spoke with the general manager, who is the sweetest person alive and assured me that it was going to be plenty of food and let me even take a tray home to show my family how big all the trays are going to be. She even offered me additional food at a discounted rate if I felt like it wasn’t enough food. My dad went to go pick it up Saturday, the general manager was there again and told my dad how she spoke with me and had him go over the food and make sure that it was going to be plenty. He said that was the best experience he ever had and I told him I had a really great experience with her as well. I forgot her name and I hate that I forgot her name because she was the absolute sweetest person ever. 10 out of 10 would go back just for the general manager alone. Also, are party was about thirtyish people and we got the big family tray and it was more than enough food with leftovers. Everything was fresh and delicious!!“

“I ordered food at this location online back on November 13 and my order was messed up. I called the restaurant and the manager insisted on taking my name and putting my information in a book versus giving me a refund. She told me to return anytime and they would make my order completely over. Well, I decided to, go back on December 22 and of course my name was not in the book. No one had any information as if my order didn’t exist. Thankfully, I had the order on my email and there was a gentleman there by the name of Melvin who took excellent care of me I would’ve given five stars except for the fact that I had to come inside and they didn’t have my information in the book. But I just want to say I really appreciate Melvin taking care of my order and making things right we need more people like that in the world! I hope he has a wonderful, blessed Christmas and that was excellent customer service. 🙏🏽🎄“
