“I ordered food at this location online back on November 13 and my order was messed up. I called the restaurant and the manager insisted on taking my name and putting my information in a book versus giving me a refund. She told me to return anytime and they would make my order completely over. Well, I decided to, go back on December 22 and of course my name was not in the book. No one had any information as if my order didn’t exist. Thankfully, I had the order on my email and there was a gentleman there by the name of Melvin who took excellent care of me I would’ve given five stars except for the fact that I had to come inside and they didn’t have my information in the book. But I just want to say I really appreciate Melvin taking care of my order and making things right we need more people like that in the world! I hope he has a wonderful, blessed Christmas and that was excellent customer service. 🙏🏽🎄“
“we went there couple weeks ago with my family then after we order our food she brought the foods for us and she clean my daughter mess when were done to eat to make sure were okay and shes so sweet and nice to us I remember her name is Elsa.“
