Panda Express in Pearland

“The problem that I posted about below seems to be fixed. Workers wear their hair pulled back in a bun. I am pleased with the speed at which Panda Express rectified this problem. Panda Express reached out to me after I posted my original review. They told me that they fix the problem and offered me a free menu item to come back to the restaurant. So, although I had sworn them off, I visited the restaurant. I went inside instead of through the drive thru window, and I was pleased with the changes in their use of hair protectors.
I'm happy they made the changes because I like the restaurant for its menu choices especially the super greens.

Please have workers wear hair nets. We found hair in the fried rice purchased at Dixie Farm/518, location in Pearland, TX. We like the food, so we tried going to another location. After a couple of visits to the Beltway/Cullen location near Pearland, TX, we found hair in the super greens.“

“I ordered a small orange chicken and a small bourbon chicken. They were both very good. I ordered it online at 11:57am and was told the order would not be ready until 1215. then i received a text at 11:58 saying the order was ready. I got to the store by 12:14 and asked how long the order had been sitting. They said "about 5 minutes". I asked about the text and the young man offered to repack the 2 containers with fresh food, which I very much appreciated. What I did not appreciate was the woman, that looked like the manager, who walked up to ask what was going on, then gave me an awful look like I did something wrong, then took the original containers dumping them into the fresh food without gloves, and then gave me another awful look of disgust shaking her head as she walked away....? Strange that she would give off this body language in front of customers when her employees seem to know better.“
