“Hands down I was completely impressed with ZAIRAS professionalism and customer service was outstanding she was so helpful and making my choice it was my first time made me feel very special I will be coming backKid-friendliness: Cashier was beyond sweet“
“Are you really hungry while passing through Houston airport? Go to Panda if you like succulent food. The restaurant serves quickly and has a generous selection of Chinese food. There are tables next to it and there is always a place to sit. It's worth it for those who are hungry and have little money in their pockets.“
“One of the best pandas in the city IMO. The manager (tall black dude, don’t remember his name but it starts with J) is better than managers at some of the fanciest places in the area. Seriously, someone make that dude a millionaire. Food was fresh and nearly perfect.“
“My husband wanted Panda. I went through the drive-through. It was a little bit of a long line. But well worth it the best experience I’ve had in a long time it even made me cry of happiness. The man that took my order was very nice. Thanks Chuy!!“
“The price is fantastic, the service too.I needed a place to recharge , fuel up yummy, the food is goooood! Plenty to choose from.Plus , at a time I needed to charge my phone these employees allowed me to sit and stay cool. Great place and location.“
“I had a good experience with the servers until I got on the register when I got to the register they had no chili sauce. The girl at the counter didn’t wanna go get the chili sauce so I asked, could you please go get chili sauce I was informed that she would have to get off the register to go get it second I asked for duck sauce for my eggroll and she gave me mustard sauce. I guess she wasn’t too happy because I asked for the chili sauce today December 14, 2023.“
“I ordered online which was quick, even without an account. I was waiting for my to go orders which for some reason was taking a lot of time. The staff gave me a free drink and a few others who had been waiting too long for their food. Good gesture from the staff. The food was fresh, worth the wait! Thanks!“
“Decided to stop by during lunch in and attempt to avoid the all the burgers and fries in the area. It's located in the same parking lot as Ross. When I went in there weren't many people in line and the food was in abundance. I ordered a bowl of rice and teriyaki chicken, nothing fancy straight to the point. The food was average at best. It seems the food at panda is staring to lack flavor. In all I always appreciate the service and cleanliness.“
“If you want chain Chinese food then this is a great place to eat. Food is usually very good and service is ok most of the time. They will close early at times and they do run out of food as they near closing so don't wait until the last minute to go.“
“During my visit to Panda Express at George Bush Intercontinental Airport, the service was notably efficient. I opted for a quick bowl with fried rice and orange chicken, finding it surprisingly flavorful and reasonably priced at $9. The portions were satisfying, and the food was hot and fresh. It provided a convenient and affordable dining option during my layover. It's a reliable choice for those seeking a familiar taste in airport dining.“
“The food was nice, and the Vietnamese lady at the counter was so, so kind to me. Thank you very much for your kindness, I'll never forget! Thank you for helping me even though I know we won't see you again. I hope the best things come to you!“

The he also makes a good rice has a great flavor Thank u Panda Express for that good employe he works Monday night that orange checken. Is well “
“Had a pleasant experience during lunch. The staff were friendly and honest. The place is maintained very well both inside and out. I saw employees sweep and collect trash from rude customers. This is a great location and would come back for a quick delicious meal. The ambiance is very inviting. Great job staff!“
“I brought my kids in to have lunch today everything was great. It also seems like the food has gotten much better. I had actually stopped coming to this Panda Express a few years ago, but I decided to give it another try. Apparently they have new management. The food was amazing. I mean some of the best Panda Express I ever had. The store manager Robert was cooking and the food was delicious. Also he gave my kiddos fortune cookies and stickers. They were so excited thanks for the great service.Vegetarian options: The super greens were really fresh!Kid-friendliness: The manager was really sweet to my kids. He gave us extra ragoons and stickers!“
“This Panda Express location is located in the George Bush International Airport in Houston. I was transitioning through the airport on a shot layover and there were very few dining options available due to the pandemic. I did not have much time and very few food options, so I decided to try this Panda Express location. The food and service was very good. They did a good job keeping everyone socially distanced and the food was served hot. as well as the food was very flavorful. If you are transitioning through George Bush International Airport in Houston, I recommend this restaurant.“
“Good food for an affordable price. The staff is nice, sometimes you need to wait for your order. You can find some veggie options here but not enough, I preferred the tofu orange chicken.Vegetarian options: You can find some vegan food but not enough. I preferred the tofu orange chicken, but they don't have any more.“
“Always good service here and the food is fresh and hot. Very clean and the eat in area is kept nice.Parking: Always parking close by even when really busy.Kid-friendliness: They now offer cub meals which is great. Chow mein or white rice, a choice of 3 mains, super greens, fruit snack and drink. Great value and good size portions for the smaller kids.“
“Was moderately busy when I walked in. Yet every person and order swiftly moved through. Mr. Rob the manager was on the line rubbing elbows and helping out his crew without any issue. Super nice was greeted on the way in. Speaking to employees with respect and options of future tasks. Even got my favorite dish made fresh for me. Whole staff was excellent.“
“ZENIA needs to be a manager if she's not already! I had an issue with my mobile app and somehow my order ended up 400+ miles away. She went as far calling the other store location and spoke to an employee there for me. She got my order together and I was out the door. As a truck driver all I ask for is good service and warm food to end my night in my truck so, this kindness means more to me than she will ever know. Thank you Zenia for making my night ??“
“Go to this location of Panda Express almost every week, great service and always fresh, delicious food. I get Kung Po Chicken, Rice, & Steamed Broccolli, so good. I do not order drive-in so not sure about drive-in service. So much easier to walk in, pick up 2 entree with Chow mein or Rice. They have high volume orders so food is constantly being prepared fresh. Highly recommend it.“
“Staff was friendly and professional. Floor and all surfaces that customers touched were maintained very clean. Every customer coming in was greeted.Panda Express has the best Chinese fast food - authentic and prepared freshly. They seem to be the only American restaurant offering three options equivalent to small, medium and large portions.“
“A year ago this place was a complete disaster. Food was bad, service was extremely unpleasant, employees were very rude and impolite to the customers. But, Now, wow!!! 180 degree changed. Now service is so good that you almost feel bad if you don’t eat there. Employees are so nice and smiling all the time. But, the food is almost the same. The portion of the entree is not enough. But that’s ok. Just keep hiring happy and polite people I eat anything they give. Thanks to whoever made this changes.I give another report in one year.“
“Food was better this time. I guess you have to come during the lunch or dinner rush to get fresh food. In between lunch and dinner and you will have warm or cold food. It stays on the line long. Bathrooms were clean. But you must be a customer to use it.“
“This restaurant is overall a good place for a quick bite. I was at a loss for my Wassabi & Ginger root. The service staff was well on point recommending the Hot mustard. However, the noise kept me from being able to hear anything. We had to yell at each other to have a conversation.“
“My kid wanted some Crab Rangoon. So I googled the closest place, this being Hunan Inn. But sadly they were closed, it being a Sunday. I googled the next closest place. Panda Express popped up. My kid urged me to drive further, as we had always joked about going to this place for a meal. But I didn't feel like driving or looking, so Panda Express it was. I must say we had low expectations going in so we were pleasantly surprised. First off it was clean. Take note, McDonalds. Next the staff were super nice. Again, take note Mcdonalds. It was lunch time and they weren't terribly busy. Plenty of seats. We decided on the big plate with half/half white rice and noodle, Honey Shrimp (premium $1.25 extra), Honey Sesame, and of course, the famous Orange Chicken. Now my kid can't do spicy but she could do the Orange Chicken. She tasted a little, while I tasted none. All of the food was pretty ok for a fast food place. We got two orders of the Crab Rangoon too and a handful of the sweet and sour sauce (mostly sweet). The walnut shrimp doesn't have much walnuts or sauce but I thought it wasn't too bad. Same with the Honey Sesame Chicken. The string beans on those were crunchy too. My kid destroyed the Crab Rangoon so obviously it was good to her. I tried one and it was crunchy and creamy just like the ones on the buffet line we had Friday. So overall we were satisfied with our first Panda Express experience.“
“Update:Two years ago, I gave this place one star, but after tonight’s visit, I had to correct that! Seems like there’s been a whole shift - newer, cleaner building, faster lines, friendlier staff. Good job, PE! Keep it up!I don’t know if it’s out of date systems or unenthusiastic staff, but this is the slowest moving, poorest quality Panda Express I have ever experienced.“
“Was a great visit. Had no money asked if they had any leftovers or anything to get rid of, they say they were going to use it all. Then a nice gentleman and his lady offered to get me a meal & drink. Made the rest of my day great thanks to them. Food was great. Stayed hot all the way to my spot.Vegetarian options: They have lo meinKid-friendliness: Counters are high up and they have sneeze guards. They have high chairs as well.Wheelchair accessibility: They have a ramp and a double door.“
