It's 9:29 the door was open and two people from the establishment told me it was closed: I asked them what time they closed and they told me at 9:30 but for takeout I could go through the THRU-, I told them if they could take me my order because the door should not be open if it is closed. I made a drive through order and when I got to my place I didn’t get the 2 chicken egg rolls I ordered and was charged for, so when I called them, the only solution was for me to go back and drive 15 minutes on way to get my money back and wasn’t even offered anything as a compensation for the mistake I didn’t

My family gets Panda Express occasionally and every time one of us go we have the unfortunate chance to be helped by Araceli in the drive thru. Super rude and condescending, I don’t expect conversation and try to give them my order fast since I know they are expected to take quick orders. But if she doesn’t like taking orders or talking to people please switch her elsewhere that doesn’t involve helping customers
