Customer service at this location sucks. The younger male working there was not attentive to my order and the older guy (possibly manager) saw there was an issue and failed to correct the worker. Ice cream is decent but service needs to be improved ASAP. Visited this location on today 5/28 at 1:40pm
I came to this location twice. The icecream was good. Both times the customer service was good from the person making my icecream. My 3 star rating is because the snickers and oreo toppings were stale.

The ice cream is good as always I’ve gone to this marble slab location most of my life and now with the new main manager he’s rude and greedy with things. I used to get the prefect amount of everything. I asked him for extra of a topping n he seemed to catch an attitude about it.
