I tried this place for the first time using the app - I scheduled my arrival for 11:15 and wound up arriving at 11:05. Their system has no way of allowing them to make an order early so I sat and stared at them for 10 minutes in an empty restaurant until it allowed them to make it.
This place doesn't have the most intelligent employees on board, I ordered my food, I was behind two people who were waiting on their entree of choice to be cooked and served, meanwhile i'm ready to move ahead and pay, I ask to pay and leave, the person behind the counter points for me to get back in line all the while my food is getting cold. This place has the most undertrained workers in panda express houston. The app allows you to order as a guest which freaks them out. Order (and pay) for 6 rolls and only get one. Terrible experience. That's a 11$ chicken roll with a terrible service.
