I had a good experience with the servers until I got on the register when I got to the register they had no chili sauce. The girl at the counter didn’t wanna go get the chili sauce so I asked, could you please go get chili sauce I was informed that she would have to get off the register to go get it second I asked for duck sauce for my eggroll and she gave me mustard sauce. I guess she wasn’t too happy because I asked for the chili sauce today December 14, 2023.
We pre-ordered online and was told our food would be ready at 9:15, when we arrived at 9:15 nothing was ready. We did not get our food until five minutes till 10:00. The wait was excessive and unacceptable. The order was wrong and the spring rolls were burnt dark dark brown color which is not as pictured.
