Person threw the meat in the middle. The vegetables wasn’t spread on the sandwich as well. She threw it in the toaster and didnt turn it on. Meat was cold. It was unattractive and unpleasant. dissatisfied with the customer service and appearance of the store.
The first thing I was told when I walked in at 6pm was that they only had turkey and ham available—no steak and only two types of bread. At that time of day, that’s unacceptable and shows poor planning and inventory management.
While I was there, I saw several customers walk out after hearing the same thing. On top of that, the team member preparing my food seemed visibly frustrated and uninterested, which made the experience even worse.
