Food was hot, staff were friendly, portions were very good! Love Panda and since we don't have one in Covington or Mandeville, LA this was a must visit while in Houston #memories
I waited about 4+ minutes for acknowledgement from the many staff when there was only 1 person in line, The restaurant was pretty empty. The food was less than mediocre, the plain rice tasted like it was either under a heat lamp for 6+ hours or maybe it was from the previous day. The rice had lots of crunchy hard pieces (not undercooked) just old. The chili crisp shrimp looked nothing like the pics being advertised.
