Excellence service. Very friendly staff.
Very poor management at this location.
There was only 1 young couple in front of me and I had to wait about 20 mins before even getting helped! I ended up asking the drive-thru employee to help get me the food! It was SOLELY because there was only 1 man working at the front! He had to prepare food, to be the cashier, to be the driver-thru help, and to answer store phone calls!

Panda Express on Crosstimbers offers fresh and delicious food with excellent service. The portion sizes are generous compared to other locations. However, some recent experiences have highlighted issues like forgotten orders and unavailable menu items, including black pepper chicken. Some customers have noted that the Beijing beef has been fried too hard and the containers not filled adequately. Despite these incidents, the taste of the food remains excellent, with many praising the freshness and the enjoyable flavor of dishes like string bean chicken and teriyaki chicken. It's advisable to check with staff about the availability of specific dishes, as sometimes popular items like orange chicken may not be available close to closing. Overall, Panda Express provides a good dining experience, though there are areas needing attention, particularly with portioning and consistency of dishes.
