Papa John's in Richmond

“Visited this location November 8th 2023 around 1:30 pm.As soon as I walked in the building I was greeted and asked what I would like to order. I ordered The Shaqueroni. I was told it would take approximately 10 minutes to whip up. Ten minutes later, it was ready. My food came out very hot and was indeed delicious.Addendum; This was the first time in a long time I'd been to a Papa Johns, would recommend visiting this location.“

“I loved the franchise since a kid and still have a heavy feeling for this awesome food I never have issues and most of these 1 star reviews are just angry people who have no patience if there was ever a mistake on my pizza I can easily ask for a remake with no problem the issue with most of these people is that they wait until the next day to complain when you can easily just ask for it to be done right the same day you got the pizza , I love everything about this place and would continue to love to spend money here it's all about family at this place and it's highly appreciated PAPA JOHN'S for life“
