So my order said it would be ready in 10 minutes, but it took them 40 minutes ?. Another time there was a roach walking on the counter. Just bad customer service it's ghetto too. I'm not going back !
There’s nowhere to eat inside it’s literally just pick up and takeoff thinking to myself. Does any papa John’s really get a five star? I don’t really think so 4* is the highest it’ll go even if it’s a good location.

I placed my order online today like I usually do from this location. I’ve never had a problem before. Tonight, with what appears to be an entirely new crew of people working there, the pizzas didn’t appear to be fully cooked and they forgot my breadsticks. So I had to wait an extra 10 minutes to get the breadsticks.
