“Went in with no expectations, and glad I did. The customer service was great. The ice cream is top tier. The chicken tenders and fries were really good. A bit salty but still good. 2 of my tenders were over cooked but by the time I finished my ice cream and fries I didn't care. Prices aren't bad either. Highly recommended.“

“It was okay for what it is. I had someone else pay for it through a drawing I won at work... I doubt I would pay that much just to go myself again. It's not healthy at all. Tasty? Sure if you slather it in sauce it is tastier than plain, but on it's own the chicken isn't anything special in my opinion. The fries are decent. The slaw is slaw. The smallish Texas Toast is okay. The best thing was the sweet tea, but Whataburger has it all beat... It'll do if you're hungry and want a change from the burger places... I still don't understand all the hype. Sauce? Mmmmkay. Meh. One Love... just not great in my opinion.“

“The friendliness of the staff. I called the store and spoke with Dakota and explained my situation about picking up my order inside. He offered, before I could ask, to bring it to the car for me. I left him my name so he could keep an eye out for my online order. Thank you, Dakota.“

“Ordered a dairy-free dilly bar. Got home and took a bite out of it. It was NOT dairy-free; it was reduced sugar. I cannot have dairy. I tried to call, but the phone just rings and the it beeps at you.

Edit: Raising my rating because the manager corrected the issue when we returned. DQ should make it clear it's a dairy-free item in their system. This location also needs to address the issue with their phones.“

“I have been coming to this location since it first opened. Marcus has been the best manager at this store since they put him there. The food has been the most consistent since and I love the staff he has. Sara is always so bright and cheery when she works drive thru on lunch. I loved her at Clute and I love that she works at Freeport now! She is so funny and sweet! As someone who has worked fast food, I have never seen an employee as hard working and dedicated as her. Night crew is super quick and very helpful. Natalie is also really sweet and such an amazing shift manager. I love this store and it's staff. I will not eat at an other location if I know I can eat here first. Even if I'm coming from Lake Jackson or Clute.“

“It's bussy grub and delicious. The only issue I have with this location is the mobile order pick-up. It's behind the counter, and the employees often notice and don't say anything or don't notice at all. Other than that, the perfect Taco Bell“

“This little jewel has some amazing food. I ordered the Torta and the quesabirrias and let me tell you, this food was excellent! They made everything fresh and it showed in the flavor. The ladies were so nice as well and they let me try some menudo while I waited. It was flavorful, but I'm just not big on the texture of the pork intestines. I will definitely go back and try more of the food! Heads up though, it's not in Brazoria anymore, it's located on Plantation Drive, across the street from Tirefly.“

“overall I have no complaints about this location except for one. Twice now I have ordered the breakfast toaster anticipating the Texas toast, egg and cheese and sausage. However, on both occasions the bread used was thin sliced loaf bread, tough and dry. This IS NOT the product advertised. Same price charged for not the advertised sandwich.“

“Way better then it use to be. The night staff are all different and very friendly compared to the last group. The chicken is absolutely amazing. Especially if your willing to wait 20 minutes for fresh. But all the chicken is fresh they sell so much it's always being cooked. The Spicy is my FAVORITE. The Biscuits are always soft and the sides are ALWAYS HOT.“

“Lately, for the past year or 2, the service has improved greatly. We visit often. Wish the app would add a place to ask for burger without a bun though. But I'm probably a bit out of the box with that request. But they do it very well when I ask in person. Just like using the app more than the speaker.“

Highly recommend, although not alot of staff interaction. I suppose that's how alot of businesses are going these days. Nevertheless, the food, drinks, and experience were pretty good overall!

“I won't say the food is outstanding because it is still taco bell, but it is hot and prepared correctly. The customer service here is great. A few years ago, I banned myself from this establishment because the food was gross and inaccurate and the service was terrible. Something changed, because fast forward a few years, and the food here is decent, accurate, and hot, and customer service is great. I don't if there was a change in management or what but whatever it is, this Taco Bell is now great!“

“There’s a plant in the middle of the entrance and exit from the location, you can’t see the cars coming when you trying to go out, management should cut the plant or trimmed so we can be able to see if there’s are cars coming and avoid an accident.“
