This subway won't honor the coupons you get in the mail. There are lots of attitudes about the whole thing, I understand it's not the employee's decision about the coupons, and after I acknowledge that and have moved on... when I was just conversing and making a joke, the employee got really rude. Placed an order for delivery. 1 hr later no subway. Called store. They said they didn't deliver. They called the manager, the manager said they didn't deliver. They hadn't even started the order because they didnt deliver. I told them to cancel it and refund me. The server said they were not authorized to do so.
