“We went to clute subway and the lady was so rude to a young man just asking about an order to pick up for him to deliver that we walked out and drove all the way to this subway cause we have always been treated nicely hear and everything is very fresh and the employees are always very nice. And fyi don’t even try the subway on oyster creek they are always out of everything lol“

“Amazing food and extremely friendly staff! I’m new to this area and I’m glad I stumbled across this gem of a place!“

“Amazing customer service! I haven't seen young folk happily working in food service in a very long while! This hit the spot! I drove 30 minutes just to remind myself of what I've been missing since leaving the west coast in 2015.“

“Currently, I go to Chick Fil A roughly once a month. I go to McDonalds once a week, solely because they have a playground. If the Lake Jackson Chick Fil A had a playground, they would be getting my once a week business. We need more indoor playgrounds. Just a thought.“

“If there was ever a contest for “the best fried fish sandwich “ Arby’s would win first place. 🥇 My sisters and I went on a mission to find the very best fish sandwich during Lent last year. Arby’s won by a long shot on taste, size and price. And, we are enjoying this same great sandwich this Lent.“

“It was okay for what it is. I had someone else pay for it through a drawing I won at work... I doubt I would pay that much just to go myself again. It's not healthy at all. Tasty? Sure if you slather it in sauce it is tastier than plain, but on it's own the chicken isn't anything special in my opinion. The fries are decent. The slaw is slaw. The smallish Texas Toast is okay. The best thing was the sweet tea, but Whataburger has it all beat... It'll do if you're hungry and want a change from the burger places... I still don't understand all the hype. Sauce? Mmmmkay. Meh. One Love... just not great in my opinion.“

“The friendliness of the staff. I called the store and spoke with Dakota and explained my situation about picking up my order inside. He offered, before I could ask, to bring it to the car for me. I left him my name so he could keep an eye out for my online order. Thank you, Dakota.“

“The best Birria tacos I have ever had... The atmosphere was cool, and the people were friendly. If you love Birria this is the place to go....“

“I got off of work one night. I have been working all day. Hadn't ate all day. Had to go through the drive-thru because the lobby was closed. Ask them politely. Would they please load up everything that I had ordered and they did it. They obliged me and I was so grateful and it was good. It was fresh. That was the best experience I had with Taco Bell“

“I'm from Dallas Texas and it was so neat to visit this restaurants and the employees are so pleasant.“

“I love Sonic but my order was wrong! I ordered 2 cheese burgers with no onions and they had onions and my drink was a Dr pepper not a coke :(“

“I really appreciate this DQ. We visit about once a month and always take my little dog. Our trip this month was my sweet girls last trip. We all enjoyed our blizzards and she had her little pup cup. I'll cherish those memories with my furry baby, thank you for always giving such good service.“

“HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I saw a picture on a review and didnt know what it was, so i pulled it up on my phone and the lady had no problem helping me figure out what it was. It was the Platillo De Bistek and let me tell you its a 10/10! It comes with FRESH HOMEMADE flour tortillas and the meat is cooked as you order so you know it hasn't been sitting in a warmer. I personally couldnt tell the difference in spiciness in their orange and green salsa so I recommend getting both to try out, both are delicious as well! I wish I took a picture of my food but I couldnt wait to try it out. WILL BE GOING BACK!!“

“great service“

“Great customer service they always have toilet paper! More than enough! The food was good was more than delicious and freshly tasty food! The best buffet you can eat at in Freeport! 2 people 20 bux! These people need a raise! Great job! More than Clean, perfectly stocked chicken buffet! Thank you! You made my wife birthday the best thank you once again! I will tell my family and friends about this place!“

“Thank you to Sean the manager of this establishment for taking care of my army. I’m a mother of 7 kids and people hate to see us coming. They took care of us and welcomed us with open arms!! Thanks for making our meal an experience!“

“Lately, for the past year or 2, the service has improved greatly. We visit often. Wish the app would add a place to ask for burger without a bun though. But I'm probably a bit out of the box with that request. But they do it very well when I ask in person. Just like using the app more than the speaker.“

“First time we came here late at night, chicken was on point! It was so good we had to go back the next day and it was sup par, so we took it back and Jacob was polite and understanding and immediately helped fix our order. Now we got some good chicken and he even hooked us up fresh biscuits.🤤

Overall great experience thanks Jacob🐔“

“Good food :) good customer service too !“

“I would like to recognize
Aja
I had a great experience at this Sonic thanks to the employee who took my order. They were friendly, patient, and had an upbeat attitude that made the whole visit enjoyable. My order was accurate, the service was quick, and they made me feel like a valued customer instead of just another car in the line. It’s refreshing to see someone who genuinely cares about providing good customer service. Keep up the great work!“

“I always enjoy Burger King when I'm in the mood, and this location has always been a good one. They recently remodeled the interior, so it's nice and modernized. I usually order in the app & pick it up in the drive through. 99% of the time it's perfect.“

“Very Good chicken , great taste. Friendly employees, clean restaurant.“

“I love the blackened tenders. The staff also doesn't ignore you when you're at the counter which is excellent. The food is always nice and hot, everything I order is always in the bag when im picking up. There's some good lower calorie options and the food tastes great.“

“overall I have no complaints about this location except for one. Twice now I have ordered the breakfast toaster anticipating the Texas toast, egg and cheese and sausage. However, on both occasions the bread used was thin sliced loaf bread, tough and dry. This IS NOT the product advertised. Same price charged for not the advertised sandwich.“

“Nice and quiet Taco Bell experience. Never knew they had a happy hour to take advantage of! Way cool!
Highly recommend, although not alot of staff interaction. I suppose that's how alot of businesses are going these days. Nevertheless, the food, drinks, and experience were pretty good overall!
Thank you and God bless you all!

“Nothing better than dine-in , fresh out the oven pizza! Tasted perfect, clean dining area and friendly & expercienced service! No complaints!🙂“

“I gotta say this place used to be a 1 star for me, Like I'd actively avoid this one and go to the other one. But now the quality of the food and the speed of the process has me stopping here regularly again. Happy to rate this place a 5 star now.“

“Food is great never had Jack in the box before I came to Texas and I can say this is my new favorite fast food chain the variety is great the food is good and fresh only one complaint and it’s the lights around the exterior of the building other than that it’s amazing“

“Went at lunch time so service was slow! The employees were nice and apologetic. I had the new crispy sesame beef and shrimp bowl with chow mien and it is very tasty! A bit of heat and nice crispiness. Hubby had an orange chicken with chow mien bowl and it was fresh and delicious with duck sauce. Will go back!“

“good food and good service“

“There’s a plant in the middle of the entrance and exit from the location, you can’t see the cars coming when you trying to go out, management should cut the plant or trimmed so we can be able to see if there’s are cars coming and avoid an accident.“

“Awesome food, great customer service awesome experience today !! Always nice when you have hot food and nice people .“
