We buy to go somewhat often on the app and this year it seems that the amount of food you get has gotten much less. These photos are of 2 of my children's kids meals... enough for a toddler but not for an 11 year old. This is the 2nd time in the past 2 months that the servings have been quite a bit less than they normally were.
Too expensive for what it is. The food doesn’t hit the same anymore, and I’ve heard from three people who said they got food poisoning after eating here. Overall, the quality seems to have gone downhill compared to how it used to be.
They give much smaller portions than a normal Panda Express and the product isn’t very fresh.
I guess they’re trying to save on food cost but if you’re used to normal panda portions and panda quality probably just skip this location

Panda Express is a restaurant with consistent food quality, but inconsistent portion sizes. Orders may vary, and customers may not always receive the correct items. However, the management is apologetic and willing to correct mistakes. The customer service is minimal, and staff may not always listen to requests. The restaurant's pricing has increased, but the quality and portion size of the food have not changed. Despite this, the freshness of the food is a redeeming quality. Overall, Panda Express is an average dining experience, with room for improvement in customer service and consistency.
