My father went through the drive yesterday around 645 pm Tuesday when the drive thru guy heard me on my dad's car phone say he didn't need any Wendy's (joke) the Short older guy says you want him to go to Panda Express and begins to racistly makes fun of the Asian language. My dad speaks actually Mandarin and began speaking it to try to duck the guy up but he continued to mocked the language. I just got home with my drive thru order. I originally ordered a 4 for $4 with a medium green tea and another order with a large green tea. We pull up to the window and the man running the drive thru who I believe is the manager unapologetically says, “I ran out of green tea. I only had enough for a large.”
I respond, “Okay?” I could wait for another batch to brew.

Today 7/8/17 I went to grab lunch for me and a coworker. I placed two orders and they couldn't get it right and were annoyed of me when I pulled up to the window to have them correct it again. My lunch is only 30 mins so I got my orders and left later realizing I never got my change or receipt. I returned a couple minutes later apologizing for the inconvenience, and asked for my change.
