“First time checking out The Tipsy Chicken on a Thursday and had a great time. Sophie and Amber were fantastic behind the bar — friendly, quick, and easy to talk to. Ryan and John were great company too, fun to swap stories with and hear about the local scene. Shoutout to the KJ for starting my night off right — after my first song he sent me over for a free shot, which Amber poured up. Little touches like that really make a place memorable. As someone who’s been in the DJ/KJ world for years, I’ve seen slow nights turn into packed houses with just a few creative twists: • “First-time singer” spotlights to get shy guests up. • Small bar tab or drink ticket for the crowd favorite performance. • Short themed rounds (“90’s throwbacks,” “duet challenge”) to keep things fresh. The Tipsy Chicken has an awesome base of people and staff — it wouldn’t take much to make Thursdays one of the busiest nights in town. I’ll definitely be back. “This is a one of a kind for Rowlett and definitely well above "worth the visit". Awesome vibe indoors and out with a real "backyard" feel for kids. The menu isn't overwhelming but offers a great variety of well crafted options and the staff is genuinely there to help!“

“So I'm a special education paraprofessional and when I got off work on Friday August 15th around 345ish I was like oh let me go get my birthday treat for the ride home. I ordered a ice cream cone and when I got to the window it was such great service I didn't get the woman's name but she said it was their treat and then when I told her thank you and that I was going to use my birthday treat coupon she asked if I like brownies and gave me a brownie. They blessed me so, this is such a great location and great customer service.“

I called your store and your staff was eager to help! Within 45 minutes we had food for 25 people, including an array of delicious sides. “I wanted to take a moment to recognize Jiselle (Gizelle?) at the Lakeview location. All 3 of my kids have birthdays this week and their one meal ask was for CFA. Jiselle was immediately welcoming to us, brought the kids coloring pages and toys and checked on us frequently. 2 things that stood out to me the most about her was that she spoke to each of my kids like they were a friend, and I even noticed how she would jump in and help other employees without being asked. My oldest was persistent in telling someone that it was her birthday and she (despite being a very shy child) felt comfortable enough to tell Jiselle and Jiselle was sweet enough to bring her a special birthday toy. I work in an environment where client experience is our top priority and Jiselle is an employee that anyone should feel lucky to have. Thank you so much for a wonderful evening dining with you all!“
