“The staff here is very friendly. I usually come here on a busy Saturday with a large order for my work crew. They never complain about taking my order, and they are always helpful and polite. They always make sure my order is right and made fresh every time.“

“First time at this location. The parking and setup is AWFUL! This was a terrible location for such a busy company. They knew that and still decided to build here. If you want to dine in, park far away and walk in or fight the drive thru traffic to squeeze into a spot.

Food and service was great as alway. I did finally try a salad(try to do better). Why is a salad $10 with no drink?? Seems overpriced.

Why am I disappointed?
Forcing us to use their monitor/computer to order. No choice.
Issues:
1) how many people touch that screen?
2) how often, if ever, do they clean that screen?
3) you eat chicken sandwich and french fries with...your hands.
4) order screen does not enable QR code scanning for rewards.
5) order screen forces you to enter email and phone #. People are all behind you staring at your private information.
6) difficult to even find what email address you used to sign-up.
7) difficult to find what phone # was used to sign-up.
8) it's as if they really do not want us to participate in the rewards program.
9) It is not convenient, takes too long and makes for a frustrating experience.
10) I use technology everyday. Just because you CAN does not mean you should.
11) we prefer to support people and jobs.
12) The only way humanless ordering will make sense is if it is completely touch-free, private. Audio would be a start.“
