“Just happened to see this place while I was looking at my map app and decided to try it. If you blink you will pass the place because it looks like it's connected to their house. Almost like they turned the garage into a pizza place.
We got the large double pepperoni and it was awesome! I'll say it again the pizza was awesome!

They only take cash, Zelle, or Cash App—not a problem these days. I had the Chicken Murphy—flavorful sauce, perfectly cooked mushrooms, just the right kick—absolute chef’s kiss! My husband had spaghetti with marinara and Italian sausage, with generous portions and a homemade-tasting sauce. “To the manager at Napoli's in Wylie. I want to compliment you on your staff and the service I received the last couple of times I've been there throughout the Christmas holidays. These young people were very friendly to all customers both in person and on the telephone. They were busy about their task at hand. I never saw them cutting up or just standing around. They were all working. I want to give a special compliment to Joseph our waiter who checked on us several times throughout our meal even though it was crowded. He was very kind and respectful.And also to Caitlin or Kaylan who took my phone order. She was very friendly and helpful. If you have the funds I think these young people deserve a reward of some kind. Thank you for hiring and training your employees to treat customers in the way they would like to be treated. “We have come here for years , some people will like and some not, not crowded you can actually talk to each other and not have kids running around and a bunch of racket. great place for a teenage guy to take a girl on a date that they can talk to each other. Entrees are large.“

“First time here and wanted to try it out. The pizza taste great and reminds me a little of pizza back home with the great tasting handmade crust. I like how the Italian sausage is crumbled and not big pieces. The wings were good too. I believe the older short guy with glasses who took my order and made it was the owner. He even greeted me and my fiance when we came in. Not too many ppl greet you nowadays nor do they speak on your way out. This is a family owned place but it could use some cleaning and slight remodeling. I felt bad because I feel like he may not have anyone to help in that area. I did not like that the price for the pizza on the menu didn't quite match what was on the board. $15 for a Large 3 topping that looks more like a medium. I also did not like how Abraham's customer service was when I tried to call back 20 minutes after we got home and ate to speak to the owner and tell him how much we enjoyed the pizza and wings. He was rude, rushy, unprofessional. He did not care about nothing I said, he was just rushing me to place an order when that was not what I called for. He said the owner left but I don't think the owner left because we literally was just there. I really hope that the guy wasn't really the owner the whole time. This place has potential though.“

“We’ve ordered pizza from here a few times already since we moved to Forney about 2 yrs ago now since we’ve never tried it before. We’ve never had any issues ordering online for pickup or even for delivery, and the pizza itself is just delicious! “My wife likes saltine-cracker-thin crunchy crust and Marcos does that great! We had pepperoni, and they do it up right with two kinds of pepperoni.
Also, the girl working the counter in Wylie when we came to pick it up had the most pleasant personality imaginable. She wasn't serving pizzas, she was making the day for her customers.“

Great first-time experience at Palio’s Pizza in Royse City!

Located in the Walmart parking lot across from Murphy’s gas station, this spot is clean, cool (AC was on!), and had delicious, fresh, gourmet food—we enjoyed everything we ordered.

A couple of helpful notes for first-timers:
• The front entrance can be confusing. Like others, we went to the left door by mistake—the right has a short wall and the door looks like part of the nail salon. A standalone “Welcome” sign with arrow could help new customers find the right entrance more easily.
• The bathrooms were clean, but the women’s restroom door didn’t lock—not a huge issue but something to consider fixing, especially for parents with kids.

This location is more of a “order at the counter, then sit or take it to go” setup, so it’s helpful to know what you want before walking in to avoid slowing down the line.

Overall, we had a great time and will definitely be back—next time we’ll come in a little more “pro” about it. 😉“
