“Went for dinner and had a great burger and fries and other people in our party had a chicken wrap and that was fantastic as well. Friendly and attentive staff always remember a familiar face and what your usual order is. This has become a regular stop for us and will continue to go!“

“We did not realize that the Comfort Cafe is a non profit when we decided to give it a try. The food was amazing and the portions are very generous. Everything is donation based so you pay what you can. Not only did we enjoy our food but we also were happy to support a local nonprofit. We will definitely be making another trip to Smithville to eat at Comfort Cafe!“

Matcha latte with lavender, and mocha frappachino with the thickest and most delicious whipped cream on top!Plenty of ice cream flavors that are unique and delicious too!The shrimp po boy was soooo good! “Great place in nice small town. Food is amazing. We ate there 2 nights in a row and had pork chop specials, hamburgers, several apps, wedge salad among other dishes. Everything was top notch. Good wine choices and nice big glasses. Not too pricey overall. ONLY complaint is the noise level. It is super loud inside. Bad acoustics or something. Way too loud for this nice of a place.“
