Children are listened to and served with extreme patience, which many mom appreciate. The team includes a young lady at the front who has a good attitude and assists with order progress while customers wait. The cash register experience can be interesting; some cashiers speak low and may need to repeat information, but the team leader steps in to guide the interaction to a more positive experience. Food quality is praised as fantastic. The $5 meal deal provides a medium ice coffee and 2 breakfast tacos, though some reviewers felt the coffee lacked flavor and the tacos were not fresh. Other drinks receive high marks: the matcha is called the best, perfectly blended, smooth and just the right amount of sweetness, and the ice cream is described as amazing, rich, creamy and with perfect texture.
