The new reward system requiring a phone number has caused issues with earning points and staff not being able to track points. Despite this, the owner was responsive, apologized, and offered a free drink to resolve the problem. On the downside, there have been issues with wrong orders and poor quality lids leading to spills. Overall, Black Rock Coffee Bar provides good service and coffee, but there are areas that need attention such as order accuracy and lid quality.
