Burger King in Round Rock

“Service at Burger King can be a mixed bag. I usually do a mobile order and pick up via drive-through, and approach the drive-through window with a fair amount of apprehension. The last two times I bought at this Burger King, the slushy machine wasn't working, so they couldn't fill part of my order. But they gave me my food without the slushy and didn't even tell me. So when I pulled up this afternoon, I was ready to be disappointed. But the person at the window (I think her name was Trigele, but not sure if I heard it right) was so helpful and communicative, I knew I didn't have to worry. She told me immediately most of the flavors for the slushy machine were out and I swapped out for a different drink. Her customer service was excellent, and I was happy to have my disappointment disappointed. Thank you, Trigele, for caring about customer service!“

“Why does the BK in Round Rock on University and Sunrise always have the exterior lights off in the evening. This place always looks closed. Even the dining area looks dark from outside. Don't know how they even have any business. I've mentioned this to staff at drive thru several times but they act like they know? Just have to assume they don't want customers.“
