“Second time my order was messed up from this location. Oh well. :( Called the number on the receipt and was told I have to drive all the way there to have the 10$ order that was missing resolved. They should provide quick rapid solutions for situations like this. I offered a solution and requested if they can have it delivered to my address and I will pay the delivery. They said no. They cant. Its not like I ordered food for tommorow and its okay to wait a week for a resolution.“
“I never had a bad experience at chic fil an until yesterday. it really messed with my spirit on how disrespected i was. Chelsea Lang talked to everyone and checked on everyone except me and my friend. I tried walking by her saying excuse me and she didn’t move as she was talking to a table. i couldnt get by because she was standing in the way. i’m not rude far from it and im not going to bump into anyone.. it’s not necessary because there couldve been space if she acknowledged i was trying to get by. she goes on to another table im still trying to get by.. how can you not see me? or just didn’t care. i ate and sat back to see just how long it would take because if you go to chic fil a faithfully you know someone always makes sure your experience is 10/10!! nope not Chelsea Lang. completely walked past my table to check on the people in front of me, the side of me and behind me.
