“I don’t usually leave reviews but let me tell you, the Corndogs were amazing. This was my first time trying it and did not disappoint. Even tho the food itself is 5 stars the customer service gets 5 starts too. Everyone there was so helpful and generous asking if the food was okay and if we needed anything else even checking if we needed refills. I took my 1 and a half year old son and the worker was so nice to him she even started playing baby music like the wheels on the bus, baby shark and etc. over all my experience there was a 10/10 definitely recommend.“

“Delicious food, attentive staff, and cool decor. We always have a blast and a delicious meal when we go to Honey Pig. If you don’t know what to order, my recommendation is to pick a combo. The severs will cook it for you. They always give our toddler balloons weighted down with chopsticks to keep her entertained while we eat. Sometimes there’s a wait, but they will text you when your table is ready, so you can go browse H-Mart while you’re waiting. Highly recommended!!“

“One of the few places that open late in austin. They also have a karaoke room too. You order through their QR code and pay online. My favorite dish from them is the spicy seafood hot pot. We asked to switch the udon noodle for ramen. It was really yummy but they took a while making it. I also tried their fried chicken. They cook it really well, but their cheese flavoring need more powder on it. It tasted like normal fried chicken. Their dumpling and la galbi were decent. The corn cheese wasn’t the best. I didn’t like their rice cake and sausage skewer. The sauce tasted too much like ketchup.“

“I’m obsessed with narrow street. The spicy pork and squid A4. It’s packed full of veggies and flavor. We drive from south austin and make a day of it and I ALWAYS eat here. The service is fast and the food is fresshhhhh. The price may seem like a lot but the portions can feed two people or be 2-3 meals for one person.“

“I love Chi'Lantro, but I hate that they put the hot food on plastic bags. The micro-plastics get into the food when heated, you can taste it and it leaves one feeling weird. Plus, no cash? What the heck is that about, the pandemic is over. Look, stop putting heated food on thin plastic and I'll become a frequent customer again. Thanks!“

“I've been wanting to try this place out. The pics look so appetizing! I enjoyed my meal but I'm not sure it's anything to rave about. I went with my sister and she got the Jopok All Ramen and I got the Topokki Rapokki and we shared some kimbap. She said hers was good but a little underwhelming and increasingly spicy with every bite. It came in a little mini pot and had a opaque broth. I liked my dish. It was spicier than I would like but not as spicy as other Topokki I've tried. If that makes any sense. It was a generous portion but probably would want to add sausage next time and ask for milder spice. Probably sacrilegious of me to even ask lol. I'd go again to try some of the other popular dishes like the blood sausage and mixed fry set. The woman working there was nice and they gave out stamp cards.“

“I will keep coming back! The naengmyun was perfect and satisfied my cravings; the squid in nakjibokkeum was very tender and not chewy. The fried dumplings were crispy and juicy inside, and the side dishes were perfect to compliment the entrees. Very authentic and reminded me of my meals in Korea.
Bring cash! Card is accepted but you need to walk over to the Hana Market register to pay for your meal.“

“Go during their lunch time (11am-3pm weekdays), so the price is cheaper. There are a variety of bento boxes, fried rice, stews, and ramens options for their lunch menu. I got their seafood soft tofu jigae which was good and spicy. I also had their beef bulgogi ramen. The broth was slightly sweet, but I like the slightly chewy ramen the most. Both of these were on the lunch options. Their seafood pancake is huge to justify the $16 price point. It’s not the best I ever had, but it wasn’t bad.“

“We arrived at the restaurant almost around 11 PM, and despite the late hour and the chilly weather outside, Chandu welcomed us with a warm, friendly smile and served us with great patience. We ordered idly and dosa, and both were delicious—definitely worth the visit. The food was great, but what stood out the most was Chandu's exceptional service. His attentiveness and positive attitude made our experience so much better. Highly recommend if you're looking for tasty food and excellent service, especially late at night!“

“Very good bento box! I had the beef bulgogi and kiddo had the chicken teriyaki. Everything tastes fresh and well prepared. It was a good value with 2 pieces of nigiri in addition to the typical Cali roll, tempura veggies, soup, salad, rice, veggies, and gyoza. We will be back!“

“I'll give this 5 stars because the food is amazing - if you order the right combo! Their magic sauce is delicious. The k pop chicken ( I think that's the name) is very good! This is my new fav place. The service is just order at the counter - nothing special there. The atmosphere is just okay. It's pretty small inside and can get pretty busy. The price is spendy but it's sooo good! I don't like their drinks- tastes watered down so I don't recommend those.
Parking: During lunch it can be hard to find a spot to park it's also hard to back out of those spots!“

“Review from ‘The Lunch Special’ @LunchSpecial512 Ghama Zone @ghamakf 1:30 PM, Thursday, December 5, 2024 Weather: 60 degrees, cloudy Stars? I only give 1 star or 5 stars its a pass fail score card Overall Score: 8/10 Ambiance: 5/10 The atmosphere felt overly corporate, akin to an elevator setting where the establishment seemed to strive for an upscale ambiance but fell short. The background music, reminiscent of elevator tunes, further contributed to this sterile vibe. With a few adjustments in aesthetics and sound, the environment could significantly enhance the dining experience. Entree: • Bulgogi Kimbap: 10/10 • Spicy Pork Pocket: 10/10 • Bacon Kimchi Pocket: 10/10 • Miso Soup: 7/10 The highlight of my meal was undoubtedly the entrees, which were nothing short of exceptional. The bulgogi kimbap was perfectly rolled, flavorful, and moist—definitely a 10/10. The spicy pork pocket and bacon kimchi pocket were equally impressive, leaving me torn between the two. Each pocket was a unique culinary experience, with the spicy pork showcasing a flavor profile unlike anything I've encountered before. To my surprise, the fish cake casing was delightful, dispelling any initial skepticism I had. Overall, I can confidently say that every dish I sampled was outstanding, earning a well-deserved 10/10. Beverage: • N/A (Water) Sides: • Cabbage Kimchi: 10/10 • Horseradish Kimchi: 10/10 • Fish Cake: 6/10 • Banchan: 6/10 The sides complemented the meal beautifully. Both kimchis were executed to perfection, earning 10s across the board, with a personal preference for the cabbage variety. The miso soup was good but nothing extraordinary—just as I expected it to be. Appetizer: • N/A Service: 9/10 Service was a standout aspect of my visit. One employee was managing the host stand while attending to approximately six tables, demonstrating commendable knowledge of the menu and displaying kindness throughout my experience. I also interacted with a food runner who, despite being on her third day, was well-informed and personable. Conclusion: While the food at 'Ghama Zone' was a solid 10/10, the ambiance left something to be desired, warranting a score of 5. However, the overall experience, bolstered by exceptional service, results in a commendable rating of 8/10. For a total of $16.24, I left satisfied and eager to return, particularly for the remarkable pockets. I may not be an expert in Korean cuisine, but this experience has certainly inspired me to explore more.“
